Support and escalation

Choose the organisation that holds the records for your issue.

Account decisions sit with the platform, transaction records sit with the bank or payment app, and suspected fraud should be reported without delay.

Choose by record type

Start with the organisation that can see the missing information

A clear route saves time and reduces the need to send the same documents to several unrelated contacts.

Account

Login, KYC, wallet status or withdrawal decision

Use the operator’s verified support route obtained from a source you independently trust. Ask for a case reference and provide masked evidence. Do not send an OTP, password, UPI PIN or remote-access permission.

Bank or UPI

Pending, failed, reversed or unauthorised transaction

Open the bank or payment app directly. Use its in-app support or the number printed on the bank’s official material. Keep the UTR, amount, recipient and time ready.

Cyber fraud

Money sent after deception or account takeover

Call 1930 and use the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. Also contact the bank immediately. Do not wait for a gaming support reply before reporting suspected financial fraud.

Consumer

Unresolved service grievance

Keep the complaint reference and evidence, then review the National Consumer Helpline options. It is a consumer-assistance route, not a promise of a specific outcome.

What to prepare before contacting support

  • Account ID or masked identifier.
  • Date and time of the event.
  • Exact error or status wording.
  • Amount, recipient and UTR for a payment issue.
  • One clear screenshot with sensitive data hidden.
  • Steps already attempted.
  • A case or complaint reference, if one already exists.

What should never be included

Do not send OTPs, passwords, recovery codes, UPI PINs, card PINs, banking passwords, full identity bundles or an unlocked remote-control session. A screenshot may also expose notification previews, QR codes, account numbers and wallet balances; crop or mask them.

Keep one clean case timeline

Write down when the issue began, every status change, the route contacted and the reply received. Keep original screenshots unchanged and use redacted copies for sharing. A single timeline makes it easier for a bank, platform or authority to understand what happened.

Common questions
