Payment precautions

Verify the amount, account and transaction state before trying again.

Payment mistakes can happen when users rush, repeat a pending transaction or share sensitive records with the wrong person.

Before making a deposit

  1. Confirm you are signed in to your own account.
  2. Check the minimum and maximum amount displayed on the page.
  3. Read the receiver or payment route before approval.
  4. Use a payment account that you control.
  5. Save the transaction reference after completion.

Do not repeat a pending payment immediately

A payment app and a game account may update at different times. First check the bank or UPI status. If the payment is marked pending, wait for a final state before making the same payment again.

Keep the transaction reference, exact amount, date and time. These details are more useful than a cropped screenshot without a reference number.

Withdrawal checks

  • Account name and payment details should match where required.
  • Complete any visible verification step before submitting.
  • Review the amount and fee information shown on the page.
  • Save the withdrawal reference.
  • Do not pay an unknown person to “unlock” a pending withdrawal.

Account protection after a payment issue

Do not hand over remote screen access, OTPs, PINs or passwords. A payment problem does not require another person to control your phone.

Spending limit

Set a fixed amount that does not affect rent, food, bills, debt payments or savings. Stop when the limit is reached, even if a previous result feels recoverable.
